What sorts of things can I ask about here?

• Questions about the setting at large.
• Questions about NPCs.
• Questions about the application or the character roster.
• If you need clarification of the rules, IC or OOC.
• If you would like mod assistance, permission or input on an event you'd like to run.
• If you want your character to do something, but aren't sure if it's okay to do, or if you'd like to know potential IC consequences before you do something.
• Suggestions for pcal slots, events or anything of that nature.
• Requests for NPC interactions with staff, townies and any other mod controlled characters roaming the hills.
• Requests for a roll if you're out late at night or otherwise doing something that might get you in trouble. What does the roll net you? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
• Once a month you may request an RNG roll to see if you find anything cool at Spellunking or are successful in acquiring spirits from Elflock Liquor.
• If you need to drop a character or leave the game. :(
• And, honestly, anything game related!

After Xenia mentions finding a photo with Qualls and someone who looks similar to him, Lionel wants to ask Qualls if he has (or had) a brother. It's asked out of curiosity and he's not pushy at all. If Qualls doesn't want to talk, that's fine. Lionel is just interested in the life of his teacher/friend.

re: the cicada shell Ramona found at the ice cream social -

1. Is the shell easily identifiable as a magical object or does it just seem like a cool rock?
2. I got NO idea how artificing works in-world because I'm not a witch, but assuming Ramona has proficiency in the skill, could she, like... run diagnostics on a magical object? Would doing this glean any kind of information about the stone?

The flowers are very nice. But was there a reason you tapped on my window and then left so quickly? It's a little confusing. I hope you don't spend too much time out here, but maybe you'll find this.

PS - Do you know what kind of flower this is? I haven't been able to figure it out.

In a different color and different handwriting, a small note has been added to the corner of the Zadie's note. It reads:

Heeeeeeeeey!!

For the record. Eddy, Wyatt, Armani, Chanel, and Ramona are heading North into the Hills to find the Seam.

In terms of logistics, they're taking brooms on Sunday, with Chanel riding with Ramona and Armani riding with Wyatt. (But that day can certainly be delayed since getting this sent in took a bit.)

They've reasoned out they're probably looking for a coal seam, but could very well be a literal gash through the ground too.

Kids who still have cicada stones are bringing them. Wyatt is bringing his throwing bits too.

In addition to general searching, Armani has a muggle compass and Ramona is planning to check north on a nonmagical compass vs north on a magical compass/compass spell.

Do these children manage to find anything?
